There are four critical parts of a successful remodeling project:

• Initial Consultation
  Every project begins with an initial free consultation to discuss your needs, budget considerations, timeframes and the best way to proceed. We’ll bring basic project information with us, including certified national and regional remodeling costs, so you can see if what you want is really possible within your budget expectations.
• Pre-Construction Planning
  Once you’ve decided to proceed with NP Construction Management, we schedule a walk through of your project with all the key subcontractors and project manager to introduce you to the team that will be working at your home as well as to plan and coordinate the construction. During the weeks before construction begins we’ll identify all of the project components and products, confirm all finishes, and order any materials that require a long lead-time.
• Construction
  We take every step to minimize disruption to you and your family. We coordinate all work with the onsite head carpenter who will actually produce the work and answer any questions you may have pertaining to the job on a daily basis.
• Warranty
  Once the project is complete, we will walk though the site making note of any refinements and final fixes. All work is warranted for a full year after final sign-off, but we are available long after that time to assist you with maintenance issues or additional work.
